WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATIONAL HOURS?

Currently the warehouse operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.  Appointment times are available from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.  It is best to allow 24 hours advance notice to get the appointment time you need.

WHAT IF I NEED SERVICES AFTER HOURS?

If situations allow, we offer overtime hours at a nominal fee. 

WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN I EXPECT FROM YOUR COMPANY?

All accounts are handled by an assigned customer service representative to insure personalized, individual attention to all  your needs.  Your representative will be your link to all information and help at any time.  New! We now have a department committed solely to help you with your concerns. This is so you can get responses to your questions even faster!

HOW COMPETITIVE ARE YOUR RATES?

We strive to be competitive with other local warehouses in respect to the services we provide.  The key is providing efficient, accurate services that rate a much higher standard than our competitor’s operations.

WHAT TYPE OF RATES DO YOU OFFER?

Most of our customers are quoted by gross weight and the rate is based on every one hundred pounds, (CWT).  For some customers it is better to quote a pallet rate, case rate, or flat fee (certain requirements apply).  We offer all of these types of rates and will help you to decide which is best for you.

WHAT TYPE OF BILLING PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

There are two types of billing plans offered for storage at Houston Central Industries.  One plan is based on anniversary storage.  Another plan is based on split month storage.

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR 2008?

All offices and warehouses of Houston Central Industries will be closed on the following days in 2009:

May 25, 2009/September 7, 2009/November 26-27, 2009/ December 25, 2009/January 1, 2010.
